Budget Insurance ignores request to stop policy
Policy number: *** My son has written an email on 14 September 2023 and Budgt Insurance (***) office was to call me to help stop the policy as he is no longer the owner of the vehicle. On a different email they mention we can stop it online, but NO WHERE do we find a user friendly online option to stop the policy. We are currently not in South Africa. Today we logged in again on his policy to see if it has been stopped and according to the website the policy is still active. Please help us stop this policy with immediate effect His number overseas is +***75
