Budget Insurance has the worst service I have ever seen

A consultant by the name Nonku just hung up my call after I sent it explained to her that I had called in 5 times today already. She had the worst attitude I have ever dealt with. The manager Yusrah Adam and all her staff do not take customers seriously I have been calling these people all day and no responds back to me, I have been promised to be contacted back 4 times and no gets back to me. My car has not even started repairs but Euro car needs their car back and but I had fight this company for them to do the right and settle my claim so the next step is to take this query further
