Budget Insurance has no Customer Service
Policy number *** I canceled a policy on my Polo Vivo in the 10 July they are still charging me R10 a month for scratch and deny I canceled my policy on Mercedes and Suzuki Swift on 31 August still deducting premiums. Call them for 10 minutes AI answer, no consultant to take call Email 2 days ago no reply

This has happened many a times thar is why I changed vehicle insurance. Also they di no reply to emails
