Budget Insurance - false promisses
Having had the unfortunate incident where a 3rd party car burst through my perimeter fence causing a gaping hole in the fence and structural damage to my house, I've been struggling for a week to get resolution from Budget, whilst I've been promised that the claim will be prioritised due to the security risk it poses to my family.
This after Budget (louise Fortuin) made a lot of contact through the week, making further promises, but no resolution.

08 Dec 2018, 07:13Dear Budget,
As per my original review, I do not dispute that I receive regular feedback from Budget, but rather that the promises made are not kept.
1) When I lodged the claim, I were promised that it will be treated as an emergency and that someone will respond the same day still... First response were only 48 hours later
2) Friday morning I received a call from Louis Fortuin, promising me that the claim is sorted and just needed Managers approval, which I will get before noon... Only when I phoned back after 17h00, I were told neither she nor her managers are available, and will only be available Monday morning
This is a whole business week to process an "emergency" claim... Will hate to see how you treat a normal claim.
Further, why do you make your response private? Do you have something to hide?
