Budget insurance failure to pay clients

I am getting a pathetic and disappointing service from budget insurance. I joined a shortfall insurance with budget in Aug 2023 and they have been deducting from my salary on a monthly basis.. on 15 may 2025 I had a car accident and reported to budget that I am gonna need shortfall assistant as my car was a write off.. my main insurance paid and there was a shortfall. I spoke to Jaydon their claims consultant & he asked for documents which I sent and he said claim has been registered. 3 weeks went by I keep calling he promises we finalising your claim it's been 2 months now I haven't received any payment and my finance house is even considering taking me to bereau yet in this 2 months budget is still deducting premiums yet they are failing to pay my claim.
