Budget insurance fails on their Promise

I had a motor plan warranty with budget after my vehicle was nearing its factory warranty plan. after 2 years i had issue with my vehicle and i contacted my service provide to give me the procedure to having my vehicle sorted as it was showing an engine light and seemed serious. was advise to take the vehicle to the nearest dealership, have it assessed and once assessment is done dealership must contact them and issue a quote to which they will approve. My dealership battled to get hold of the agent as he was constantly told they where busy, i also tried calling them to have this sorted. mind you my vehicle had been standing in the dealership for 2-3 days. after some numerous calls from myself and dealership, quote was received. Then immediately after i was told that specific part falls outside of the cover. ok fine. now my question was who was going to pay for the assessment done on the vehicle as instructed? i was not its not covered? surely this is wrong? ok fine then i was told my policy has been escalated to the insurance dept as it seems i was late with my services but they would review and get back to me. I know i had an extra service just before the 100 km mark thus making my service routine out if the normal schedule. anyway till to date i am waiting for the report as to weather my policy is active or not. then i checked my debits and i see they no longer collecting the monthly premiums. No email no Call nothing.
