Budget insurance failed me

On the 24th September an incident occurred whereby I was visiting my mom and a jojo tank fell on top of my vehicle and water went inside my car and the car locked I couldn't open the car manually or even with the remote I called the insurance and they came and towed my vehicle I dont know where they took it on the 01st October I received a message saying Proline will repair my vehicle no one gave me a report back of whats damaged on the 07th October I requested an assessor report and I got the report but on the assessor report they mentioned that my car had old damages and scratches I complained about that report that there are no old damages on that vehicle no problem on the 14th October 2025 Proline told me that my car is ready for collection at 4pm then a WhatsApp message was sent to me by Charlene from Proline that I have to come the following day at 4pm I didnt go due to work I went on the 16th October when I got there I paid the excess fee then when they showed me the car they only fixed the windscreen and bonnet but my window drivers door was still damaged and Proline told me that the insurance never told them to fix the side door and they didnt check any electrical wiring because they didnt know my car had water inside. I immediately called the insurance a guy by the name of Emmanuel was of no help he said he will send another assessor to go an assess my vehicle around 15:45 I called the insurance to get assisted a lady by the name of Michelle after I explained my story she hanged up my call I called again and Nonhlanhla picked up the phone Nonhlanhla said she will help me but I don't believe anything anymore my claim number is ***2
