Budget Insurance Exploitation of Monthly Insurance Premiums
Budget Insurance has taken more than 4 months to investigate and process my claim and then finally, they rejected my claim. In all this time, they have deducted monthly premiums on my vehicle whilst my vehicle has been sitting idle with them. In total, over the last 4 months, they have deducted approximately R10 000 in monthly premiums all while my vehicle is still sitting with them. I have tried numerous times to contact them to give me back my vehicle and give me back the cash they have deducted but till today, I have not received any feedback. In fact, just today, despite cancelling my debit order, they have deducted another R1910.

Please note I have queried with them numerous time but till today, have not received a response. In fact, just today my account was debited with R1910 when my vehicle has been sitting idle for 4 months with you guys.
