Budget Insurance empty promises and bad service

Submitted a claim and have been waiting for nearly two weeks on the outcome. When you try calling the person that is supposed to be assisting you they are always busy and will call you back. I get told one thing now and then the next day I get told a completely different thing. This is terrible service and I cant see how a company can treat their paying costumers this way. I filed a complaint last week and i Received call after call from Budget trying to rectify their terrible service, but it keeps getting worse by the day. Who can I contact that can get this situation sorted ASAP as the service I'm receiving is a joke!
