Budget Insurance

I am honestly unsatisfied with the kind of service I have received from Budget Insurance and the panel beaters they have taken my vehicle to. This is the 7th month without having my vehicle. Today I reached out to their dispute resolution department and the only feedback I received is that “this is an unfortunate situation” I am paying for insurance every month and I still have excess that I still need to pay. I am definitely leaving this insurance after this.
