Budget Insurance don't reply to third party claims, more than a month has passed since last contact and no replies to emails

My vehicle was hit by a person insured with Budget. That person spoke to her insurance and supp**** me with details of who to contact at Budget. I made contact with them and sent my details and required scanned documents on 8 April 2016.

I sent a follow up email on 9 May 2016 to ********** as I was not getting any replies, no response. I decided to follow up through the local accredited Budget assessment centre for assistance in getting contact from anyone from Budget, I spoke to Keneilwea Adams on 10 May and was given her email address to forward documents to.

On 12 May, tried to phone Keneilwea and was not available, I left message to contact me and to this day still waiting. On 16 May, I tried to phone Keneilwea, but was unavailable again and spoke to another rep and requested he leave message for her to contact me. After this, the rep, Duane Fourie sent emails directly to Keneilwea and their immediate manager, Vekash Ganas. Only after that, did Keneilwea email me and informed that "The admin has been done and your matter has been authorized."

I forwarded my banking details on the 19th of May to Keneilwea.

On 20 May, Keneilwea sent me a form to print, complete and sign, which I completed and sent back on the 29th of May.

By 9th of June, I had not received any contact from Budget or Keneilwea. I therefore sent emails requesting the status of the claim to Budget's third party claims legal department, Duane Fourie, Vekash Ganas and Keneilwea. No replies from anyone.

On the 19th of June, I requested follow up by email to all the parties listed above. No reply.

It is now 25th of June and no one has contacted me, the office automation has acknowledged that my emails were delivered, thus it appears that reps from Budget blatantly ignoring emails.
