Budget Insurance Doesn't put their Customers First

I am writing this Review after a very Mixed Experience with Budget and one of its Partners which is First Help which provides Towing Services.

My Wife and I are Both insured with Budget and we had to call them for Assistance for the Towing when we both hit a Pothole. Long story short they Towed Both Cars to their Assessment center to make sure that there wasn't extensive damages on our cars but the problem came in when we had to go pick up the cars and Found our personal items ****** from BOTH cars.

We tried to take it up with the First Help and they told us that there were no Items in the car as per the guys that brought in the car and the Security Guys on duty.

We then called Budget to try and Recover the items and the personal assigned to the case had to be constantly called and emailed by me for him to even give me update on the case or give me any feedback on the case.

they then later came back and sided with they service provider that there were no items that were ****** even though I asked them if pictures of the places that the items were stored were taken pictures and they refused but still said that it was up to me to take each and every single thing out of the car each time the Car is towed. Never mind that they towed the Cars in the Middle of the night and we took the things that we could from both cars.

So please make sure that when your car is towed you take your own Photographic evidence of each thing you are unable to take with you from your car as Budget Insurance will not take any ownership if anything goes missing and they will not even care about helping you in recovering your belongings.
