Budget insurance doesn't want to fix our damaged v

After paying the insurance for almost 2 years, without defaulting or anything, they cannot fix our company's accident damaged vehicle! When I initially opened the policy with them, to cover our company's (Prospect Net (PTY) LTD) vehicles (both quantums), I only had details of one driver and didn't have the details of the other driver and didn't have the registrations because we were still waiting for the number plates. I was told that, since both vehicles belong to the same company, I can use the details of that one driver, it's not a problem. I was also told that I must send them the number plates once received, which were updated. Now the other driver which I didn't have the details of had an accident with one of the vehicles and not the insurance company tells me that they are not going to cover the damages, WE ARE ON OUR OWN! The policy document also states that there will be additional excess if the driver is not registered as the regular driver and is over the age of 25 (which is additional R3,400.00 to the basic excess of R4,620.00). I'm now being told that is only covered if it was for private use and not business related, which is not stated on the policy! Cont: ***
