BUDGET INSURANCE DOES NOT CARE
If it was possible to give them zero stars I would. They simply do not care about their clients. They never give you updates on claims but never do

13 Aug 2019, 18:43I would love to know why have you only decided to escalate it to management after my complaint surfaced on hello Peter. To prove my point a gentleman called njabulo supposedly from legal promised to call me by the end of the day. I am still waiting
