Budget insurance disappointed us!
Budget insurance very disappointing customer service in handling our claim to get our vehicle repaired. You are taking too long to get a claim approved. 2 days!!! Very poor customer service! No wonder you have such a bad name at the car service dealerships!! The car is already repaired but these people are still wating for Budget insurance to send a claim number!! Good grief what are you people doing there? We are sitting here waiting, stranded without our vehicle!
