Budget Insurance denied my claim

Claim Denied Budget Insurance denied my claim, because I was a housewife when I took out the Insurance but I have since started working. They claim that I was dishonest because I did not change my work details with them. I was not even aware that this is a factor. I have also since found out that the car is a write off and nobody wants to run the risk to repair it, although Budget assured me that it can be prepared. They stall you form getting Legal advice because they are taking your concerns under review, They and their partners in crime - Telesure - is out to refute your claim and not pay the claim. They went so far us to phone work colleagues, friends, whom I ever they can find and then get information under false pretense. Take into account that the accident was unavoidable and not our mistake, a big truck, carrying a load of 8 Ton on the back had it's brakes failing on a up-hill road and just started rolling back. Due to traffic we were unable to get out of the way. Luckily my son and friends inside the car was not injured, we have witnesses that saw this happen, the truck landed on top of the front of the car, pushing it into the car behind us. The driver in the car behind us had his Insurance approve his claim, but still Budget is stalling. It is now past 3 weeks since this accident occurred. Budget advertise that they will help you to control your Budget with lower fees, but in the end you pay dearly as the only Budget they take care of is their own, by not paying claims.
