Budget insurance delays and refusing to cancel insurance!!
I am furious because i called a numerous times wanting to cancel my insurance , i mentioned i have found another insurance company i was told cancellation department is busy every time i called now my account is debited and on negative balance which i will be liable for. can Budget insurance please cancel that insurance before they debit my account again!!!
