Budget Insurance De*****ed Me

Last month I contacted Budget for a quote, whicj i accepted but cancelled via email within 40 minutes. The consultant did not respond and still went ahead and debited my account. Today I contacted them to refund me, I receive a call from the same consultant stating that he will transfer me to the cancellation fepartment for further action,. This is unacceptable. I did cancel via email last month. This consultant ingored my email and debited my bank account. He most likely needed to meet sales targets and claim his commission. I did not receive my refund. I had to place a stop order with my bank at my cost. This is ***** and I will never recommend Budget Insurance to anyone.
