Budget insurance

I Itumeleng Radebe ID no: *** with claim number:*** Residing at Protea Glen Ext40 I’m really not happy with the service I’m currently getting from budget insurance, so this what happened on the 1st October 2024 I was bumped from behind by a truck at the the four ways stop , immediately after stopping when it was my turn to drive past the truck yeild at the stop sign and proceeded driving while it was my turn and bumped me from behind, okay then we reached an agreement that I have to claim from his insurance as a third part so that my can be fixed , I’ve been waiting on them to get back to me with my claim, during the waiting period I found out that his truck has been fixed and my vehicle hasn't been fixed as yet , now on the 16th of October 2024 I got a call from budget insurance notifying me that they won’t be fixing my car because the driver alleges that I didnt stop at the stop sign but my question is how is it possible for someone to bump me from behind whereas I didn’t stop at the stop sign

What a very bad experience with Buget insurance I’m currently running back and forth with them
