Total reap off I had an accident with my 2018 Polo Vivo budget insurance told me it's a write off because costs are around R139000 which is close to the value my own quote did not even reach R20000 to get the car fixed I was really disappointed with such because I trusted budget insurance but they showed me something else I was given an option of writing off my car or withdrawing the claim no compansation to check for other options to fix the car maybe the amount of cover to the car as I was covered really disappointed by budget insurance they are just selling lies to clients all they want is to benefit for themselves

Really sad thinking that you have a cover not knowing that they will make means to have their benefits by writing off my car now it's like I had no cover they are running away from paying the cover telling me that I have a second hand quote I'm really disappointed by budget insurance
