Budget insurance, ****py service
I've tried to get hold of Budget Insurance since 26 October 2018, to cancel one of my Insurance policies, because I cannot do it online. I received a call, explaining why I cannot cancel it online, only to be told that I must hold for the people in charge of cancellations, I held on for, what felt like a day, listening to, "your call has been placed on hold", and yesterday they simply deducted the amount again
