Budget insurance consultant not consistent

Hi there

I was in an accident with a budget insurance client who hit my car on the left side as I was turning to the right side to an N1 on ramp on top of the Soweto high way called Pat Mbatha. My car and the budget insurance clients car was taken by the same towing company First help. The lady from Budget insurance requested all the documents from me which i have emailed to her “Gladys Kekana”. Then today I spoke to a Gentleman very efficient and helpful Mr Radebe who advised me that all my documents are received and that the towing company is their partner and all will be sorted as my car will be assessed and my car will be send back to my house in Protea Glen as i am a third party in this case. I am very angry with the last agent I spoke to, she told me pure nonsense as if she not part of the above mentioned Insurance company she tells me now that I have to make means to collect my car because they will be charging me for storage.

At the scene of accident my neighbor arrived to collect my car but they refused with it as “they said he was gonna temper with the evidence, my neighbor is a policeman he knows the law very well, he adhered to what they said to him, now they telling me that I will be liable for storage, the Budget insurance agent Mr Radebe advised me all was covered and towing company was the perfect choice as they partnered. He advised me that they will send an assessor to those premises and I will get a call of when my car will be delivered to me. I am very angry with this consultant whom are not consistent with what they tell people. I am currently injured and I don’t have the power to fight. I’ve done and sent all documents they requested!!! They need to fix or pay what is equivalent to my car value that’s all I need. I am paying very heavy hospital bills because of their client. Claim number is ***/1
