BUDGET INSURANCE COLLUDING WITH OTHER INSURANCES TO AVOID PAYING CLAIMS!!!
On 20 March 2018 I cancelled my insurance with Budget Insurance and received a letter to that effect. March 2020 I submitted a claim to my current insurance and to my shock, they furnished me with a letter that I never recieved from Budget Insurance dated 28 Jan 2019 saying they were cancelling my insurance the same one that i cancelled on 20 March 2018 and was never re-instated(how do you review and cancel a contract that does no longer exists?...a year later too?)...Budget Insurance consultants on the phone are as baffled as I am, saying this is not possible but nobody is willing to clarify this!....What level of frustrating and just downright bullying is this Budget Insurance?
