Budget insurance, claims very very very poor
I am very very disappointed with this service!!
I have the app on my phone, when they stole my things, I pressed that claim button for 2 day!! Nothing I had to call them, then they wanted A1 and A2 letters form the police, i had to take of work to get these paperwork for them Then very day someone new phones you to ask the same questions the previous person asked Then you get a message to inform you will be updated in to days ( going now for 4 weeks)
Then I phone them to ask the progress on the claim Then they tell you next week Tuesday, Tuesday comes you get a message you will be informed in 2 days!!! I really don’t know what CAMES this company is playing!!! If they can’t sort this claim before end of this week 26-09-25 then i have no other choice to change insurance, imagine your house burns down!!!or your car get ******!!! What then????
I really thought this insurance is the best!!!

Not what a claimed for not even half. Its a quarter of the claim
Any one using budget insurance, take photos for your household contents, keep slip and proof of your payments
Otherwise they will not help you, believe me!!
I bought almost every cash, they just told me ! How do we know you had these items
