Budget insurance claim process a NIGHTMARE

We were ****** at the robot and they took our cellphones and Budget is giving us a hard time to settle the claim. Some of the documents they want are so unreasonable and the lady is very very rude. They use a third party company to process and validate their claims. It’s a nightmare. We are victims of a ******* but now we are victims of Budget insurance. They just avoiding to pay.
