I have just had a claim with Budget Insurance and i must say they went above and beyond to sort my claim out to my satisfaction. If you are not tech savvy like me, very friendly and well spoken staff to help you submit claim or to assist you submitting claim online. Notificatiins and calls throughout the process as well.
