Budget insurance cash back issue
After being with Budget Insurance for the last several years I was promised a cash back bonus which was to happen on the 10th January 2025. To date I have not received anything, have contacted the call centre who told me it will be escalated and after the 4 yh call to them they said it is a IT problem on their side. 21 day IT problem they can't resolve. NOT ACCEPTABLE BUDGET😡
