Budget Insurance Betrayed & Cheated Me

I insured my household contents with Budget Insurance and recently had a break in. Upon taking the cover, I was advised that my cover would be R123 000, however when i submitted my claim, Budget Insurance advised me that they will pro rata the payment. When I inquired, they referred me to a link in the contact (written in a very tiny font). I feel betrayed and cheated by this company.
