Budget Insurance bad service
I got contacted by Budget Insurance dispute resolution department today. The first call ever from Budget Insurance. The lady caller alleged that they investigated my complaint, scrutinized the evidence available and spoke to their client about my claim. The caller alleged that their client refuse to agree to settle the matter.
So in the interest of the public I challenge Budget Insurance to (1) reveal Budget's findings based on the available evidence about the collision in which their client, Hesta van Schoor damaged my vehicle ; (2) what was her reason for refusing to give Budget permission to settle the matter.
The caller from Budget also mentioned that my pursuit against their client to repaie my vehicle will absolve Budget Insurance of their responsibility as an Insurance company to honour any judgement due to the time allowed to settle a claim from a client.
I will invoke my Constitutional Right to ensure whatever limitations Budget Insurance intent to impose to free themselves from honouring the costs of my claims for costs incurred in my pursuit to settle this matter and whatever increase in repairs and services will be for their clients and Budget's account.
The Budget Insurance caller agreed to put their reasons for not honouring my claim on email to me and my attorney. Business has already closed for today, still no email received as promised.
Budget Insurance has a funny way of showing their commitment of care.
Let's see if Budget Insurance can be transparent and tell the Public what they discussed with their client concerning her sudden about-turn including the merits of their discussion. This incients affects evey road user and car owner in SA and all future car owners. Or will the bad service continue?
I am still waiting for the email the duly appointed Budget Insurance Representative promised to sent to me and my attorney.
Let's me be precise. I am confident that Budget Insurance is acting in Bad Faith in dealing with my matter and here is my reason why I believe so.
I received a promise from Budget Insurance employee, Kagiso Setshogoe towards the end of November 2021. Kagiso told me that all documents of my claim have been processed successfully and that he his just waiting for approval signatures from senior management. Kagiso promised that this matter will be settled by 3 December 2021.
When this matter was still not finalised I called Budget Insurance again to enquire the reaons for the delay.
Kagiso said he guarantees that by either 13 or 14 December 2021 this matter will be settled. This too never transpired as promisef or guaranteed.
I again call Budget Insurance later that week and spoke to Rachel. Rachel told me that they are trying to get hold of their client in order to explain to their client the consequences on their client if the claim is approved.
Let Budget Insurance make the record of these calls available to the public.
Budget Insurance is busy doing their business practices in bad faith. They told their client not to settle.
They are prepared to throw their client under the bus in order for them not to honour their commitment or promises.
Their Dispute resolution department told me yesterday, should I proceed with legal action against their client, they, Budget Insurance will be absolved from any irresponsibility to honour the claim and their client becomes responsible in her private capacity.
I will not rest until Budget Insurance and their client own up.
Clients of Budget Insurance must be careful of their Insurance's bad faith practices.

All that is needed from Budget is to put in writing on email to myself and my attorney what the caller told me yesterday.
If they still want to investigate, how then did they arrive at the decision they telephonically made known to me yesterday? Surely their investigations should have been done.
Or is there somethings their internal desputes team are not transparent about? Mystery deepens further.
Tell the public Budgets Insurance's findings after initial investigations and considering all the available evidence before them. I am sure it will make some very interesting reading.
It will allow the consumer to make informed decisions when next the seek to insurance their valuable assets.
Come on Budget Insurance, take up the challenge.
