Budget Insurance bad service/consultants

Good day Sir<br> I called put in a claim of the TV, roof/ceiling and damaged matrass. The budget insurance requested the damage report and quotes which they got! the only item they managed to deliver was the TV, all times made follow ups and had a consultant called Rushana that made me call all the time and not get back to me on anything only when I had left a furious message for her then she would respond, they have not delivered the matrass not fixed the roof saying I didn't take maintenance on the house and yet im paying them for the car, house itself and the households of the house, but how do I maintain a newly built house whereby I only moved in 2012 and yet not finished with the built in cupboard! the roof was damaged by the storm we had in Kimberley now recently on the 24th of February15 which they are aware of, have not encountered problems before the storm only after now the insurance wants to give me hassles. Their rude manager called and made it also clear they wont pay, said for the base she wil make a follow up,till this today have not received the matrass or heard feedback about the base all she could is give me a numbers to complain, ombudsman and said goodluck rude
