Budget Insurance bad service

Firstly, thank you to Hello Peter for providing this platform. However, Budget Insurance as made no attempt to contact me as they promised twice on your platform. This is exactly how they operate by making promises they know that they don't intend to keep. Atleast Budget Insurance rep**** on your platform, even if they continue to lie. Consumers must be careful. My attorney is handling the matter for the damages to my vehicle by their client and she will also be liable for all costs incurred in my pursuit to resolve this matter. Photos of the accident scene have been sent to my attorney.

The costs of repairs and services have also increased since their client collided with my vehicle at a traffic circle on 28 July 2021. The initial quotations handed in then was only valid for a 14 day period. Once the matter has been decided in court, Budget Insurance or their client will have to settle my claim in full. Her driver's license should be suspended immediately as she poses a serious risk to other road users. From her denial that she was at fault or collided with my vehicle while I was already travelling in the traffic circle and that I had right of way, she demostrates a serious hazard for other road users.

I am concerned that she might in future be the cause of more serious collisions and even drive away from the accident scene without stopping or without providing assistance to possible injured persons or without calling law enforcement.

She was using her cellphone while driving and the impact of her colliding with my vehicle caused my vehicle to spin 180° and faced back into the direction I was travelling from. This says a lot about the speed she was travelling in. She accepted liability at the accident scene and promised that she will fix my vehicle. She did not want me to call the police. She wanted to call " her police captain friend" instead. I did however, called the police and we were told since their were no injuries and our vehicles are still drivable that we should go to the police station. She followed me to the police station. She also admitted liability to the policeman that compiled the AR and sketch. On 30 July 2021 she provided me with her email address on whatsapp so that I can forward the quotation for the damages to her.

Taking all this into account I am of the opinion that her sudden denial of liability is based on ******, otherwise why else deny that she was the cause of the collision?
