Budget Insurance, bad service

Budget Insurance, their service it's extremely bad I got involved in the accident on 30 November on Wednesday the 4th of December they told me that the car it's behind repair, so the need to take the claim to the senior, so we were communicating with the senior keep on postposting the investigation about what Happened on the day of accident, but their never postponed the premium in December, but what is worse they don't answer my call or email, so people be careful if you are still using budget insurance.
