Budget insurance bad service
I have a full blown business and personal portfolia with Budget Insurance, i submitted a claim yesterday for broken sunglasses under unspecified portable possesions. Today i was told they are not going to entertain the claim, becuase i need toe go onto their website and veiw the terms and conditions not stipulated in my policy documentation. How ****ed up is this?
