Budget Insurance - BAD SERVICE

I'm a 3rd party claimer. Your customer reversed into my car the 16th May. So he loaded the claim with budget and asked me to phone budget because they need some documents from me. i phoned send my paperwork through immediately and they said t i'll get a call to let me know what will happen further in 48hours . Which they didn't phoned me. so i phoned in again to follow up. then they said my 3 quotes that i send through is delaying their process (***) so i took my car in to their assessors on 1st June 15:00, after they have assessed it, they said they will phone me to let me know whats going on, which they didn't do as usual. So i phoned in AGAIN yesterday, so then budget's excuse was that they are waiting for their client to confirm, so i immediately phoned their client who bumped me and asked him to please confirm because thats all that Budget is waiting for. now he sends me an email, that Budget hasn't even contacted him..... so how must he confirm???? i just phoned budget again i told them that their client the one who bumped me hasn't heard from them, so they said they will try again in the course of the day, which shows me that my car and safety is not important to budget at all!!!!! Thats probably why the name is budget. . . . Its the WORST service i have ever had in my LIFE!!!!!!!
