BUDGET INSURANCE = BAD NEWS

Budget insurance puts up my insurance by more than 15% earlier this year. After calling and complainig they bring down my premium and still include the no excess deal. Guess what? Now my windscreen excess is R975.00. So a false promise was made, and they also cannot find the recording of my last telephone call earlier this year when I called to complain about the rediculous increase. STAY AWAY FROM BUDGET INSURANCE!!! The ladies whom I spoke to on the phone today were not very friendly and the Manager Sam was arrogant-bordering on rude!!! This seems to be the norm in South Africa, poor service and a take it or leave it attitude. I am still waiting for the senior manager to phone me and for the recordings?//!!
