Budget Insurance - bad bad with claims
Vey Very Bad Service, I have logged a call for a claim on 16 May. All info send as requested by agent, were told that i will receive a call on monday 12 May. No Call received, when i called again is was told that a call will be received by Thursday 22 May. Again no call received. When i look on the Budget Site under claims it showed pending, now it shows not paid. My car needs to be repaired, i live in East London at the Sea and the sea / salt in the air will cause more damage if not fixed urgently. I just can't get hold of the people to assist. I pay my premiums on time every month but when it comes to claims there is always an issue.
