Budget insurance

I am not happy with budget insurance I was in an accident in December I never got assistance from them I was on the road from 14h30 they came to tow a car at 22h00 pm..so imagine as lady sitting with no help...so now my issue is my car has a dent that I do not know of before eccident my car was oky...now budget said thy will not fix that dent n the matter is being investigated up until today no one has came bck to yes my claim was approved but what about the dent that I believe the towing guys are the ones who made it
