Budget Insurance at it AGAIN!!!!
I am made to wait for 2 hours. Everytime I call them, everyone is interested on me giving them my ID number, then from there is a hip of questions as if I am writing my final PHD exam. They made arrangements for someone to pick me up from Europcar Mafikeng to Zeerust. Every Professor(their consultants) are telling me they are not offering that service, yet they are the ones who made such arrangements.
