Budget Insurance as usual never phone me upon request!
I've asked to be called back as I have received an email stating that you will be debiting me for more than usual. I did not consent to this and I have still not been called back??? You can't just go ahead and do what you want you know:
"Please be advised that unfortunately we are past the cut-off date for changes to the deduction day for the June monthly payment. Although we have captured the 25th as your new deduction day, the June deduction will be on 01/06/2018. As from next month all your monthly payments will be deducted on, or just after, the 25th of each month, for the following month's cover. Kindly note that your next deduction will be on 01/06/2018, for an amount of R912.69, which includes the following:
MONTHLY ADMIN FEE: R14.00 PREMIUM DUE – Vehicle: R746.56 CHANGE PREMIUM DUE: R150.13 SASRIA DUE: R2.00"
