Budget Insurance are very *********

Budget insurance agreed to refund me after I told them that I never legally sign off the policy wording. I do not agree that a telephone conversation is a legal agreement. They said they will refund me my premiums and now are changing their story.

When I request for the telephonic recordings that will prove that they have agreed to refund, they are telling me that it needs to be listened by their assurance team before they can send it to me. I mean, why would they want to listen first before they send it to me? what game are they playing.

I have been sending emails since last year and they never responded. I have reversed multiple debit orders and they still continued to debit me.

I stand by my word, I need all my refunds. Budget has proved once again that they are very *********. I can assure you that even their assessors are very ********* and that's why I never took legally took the policy. My car had a big dent on the bumper but the assessor did not reveal this, asking me for a cool drink money after they had submitted this.

Unless budget sends me a recording where I agree with policy wording, word by word and the terms and conditions word by word, I remain firm on my stance. I have never agreed to do business with budget.

Secondly, why would budget now retract their promise to refund me. They have said they will refund me, I need to give them my banking details. Why would they now change their stance.

I have reversed almost 70% of my debit orders, I am pretty sure that budget would have not paid any claim and they would have given that reason.
