Budget Insurance are *******, FNB ( First National Bank) colludes with ******* and ********* masquerading as insurance companies

I recently took out comprehensive Insurance with Budget Insurance through the telephone in July. The consultants firstly were rude and called multiple time as they had not specified which details they want. They eventually generated the quotation which I accepted and completed a Debi Check with FNB, The consultant advised that I should submit my disc on my budget Insurance portal within 3 days otherwise if I don't my cover will drop to the lower options, I did not submit my disc, I then changed my mind on cancelling my vehicle insurance with Auto & General. I called Budget Insurance to cancel my policy as I only wanted it to start after November once I had shopped around. They did not do this and continued to debit my account at the end of July. I called them again and told them I don't need their Insurance as I already have and that they must cancel the product. In August they continued to debit my account, I went to FNB to request a stop payment and reversal - FNB refused the reverse my money that was *******ly debited from account, however they stopped the payment. Initially I had told Budget Insurance to debit on the 1st of each month. To my surprise, Budget Insurance *******ly debited my account on the 15 of September 2020 - a date I had never authorized, taking a payment for a product I had already cancelled on an account I had issued an instruction to not be debited by budget. I called budget last week asking them to refund me - the consultant was very rude and asked for my email and just hung up with no communication or clarity on when they will return the money they have ****** from my account, this is money I need to feed my 3 children who are all under the age of 4, pay their creche' fees and nanny. This is totally un acceptable and an Ombudsman is needed to force Budget to pay me my money that they stole. FNB is also a totally useless bank that I will no longer use as only I have authority to decide what products I pay for, they have no jurisdiction to refuse to reverse a payment of my account that I had not authorized. I am totally disgusted and appalled by both Budget Insurance and First Nation Bank. I want my money back into my account in the next 24 hours. Insurance is not a debt, I do not owe budget money, I want my money back now!!!!!!!
