BUDGET INSURANCE ARE THE WORST EVER
We have had a claim against budget, there was a storm, they sent out a guy to assess who didnt even have a proper ladder, they string you along for weeks asking for detailed paper work, when all required information is supp**** they come out with an excuse your claim cannot be paid because you didnt maintain your roof, so you provide them with receipts of the roof being maintained then they come out with a story of refunding your last premium.

We submitted receipts from the various hardware stores for roofing material purchased over 18 months to justify that our roof was maintained, I also requested all me premiums be refunded for the last 3 and half years I have been with budget! BUDGET ARE GOOD TO TAKE YOUR MONEY, HARD TO PAY WHEN YOU CLAIM,
