Budget Insurance are ******s

They don't deserve even a single star as they are ******s. On the 2nd of September i made a claim online because my Tv, Kettle and Convection Cooker are not working. I was called to process the claim and i was also told that the person i will be communicating with in regards with my claim was Sfiso Cebekhulu. I thought everything was perfect because they even came to collect the above mentioned items. So today i was called that my items are not covered under the Home Contents Insurance. So my question is that how is that possible if they came and took them. I feel so ****** and frustrated as Budget insurance are ***** and they dont want to fix things.
