Budget Insurance are overcharging on their insurance service and the stuff wont cancell the policy when asked to do so instead drop calls

Budget Insurance is charging me unnecessary amount.I have been driving for the past 12 years and drive an old car of 2009 but they charge me R800.00 .The adverts they put out to the public are not what you get when you sign up with them.They also debit me more than what we agreed upon.I tried to cancel the policy this morning and their stuff members just drop the call so that you can loose the airtime you used to call them and they can carry on taking my money,after I clearly asked them to stop with their services
