Budget insurance are ****mers

Budget insurance is one of the worst insurance in South Africa i was involved in an accident that almost took my life and my partners life .a truck bumped into my car in kzn and when every thing budget insurance asked for even going to the extra mile to get them eye witnesses they declined my claim **** to me that they contacted the witnesses but have no proof of it then I disputed the matter and was promised a call in 15 days I only received a call only when I called them and took of with them 2 months later I get a call from one of there agents whome I requested for the recording of the call to vw sent to be because he did not even know what he was saying he was confused and kept lying over the call uptill today I gave no idea where my car is when they will be delivering my car or if they are busy working on the claim as I have had no major contacts from them stating what is going to happen bare in mind they picked my premiums up 7 times and I never complained I did one claim and they can't even help me or they don't even have an idea how to handle the claim they are ****mers who **** people into taking insurance and not paying there claims out. They say they have simulator of how accidents happen but nothing to show from it.i have screen shots emails from speaking to there staff and still no help and they just canceled my insurance with out even letting me know

Further more they towed my car and damaged it even more then what it was and they can't even take my call or sort my claim out

I urg people not to even use this company as you will be in the same situation that I am in
