Budget insurance are a *****

Budget insurance doesn't even deserve one star.i insured my vehicle with them for retail value and got involved in an accident, my car was then written off. When it's time to pay put they don't pay me the retail value of my car but less money .I went to their offices twice in Telesure and I was told it's the amount the assessor gave them and when I ask how they got to that amount they don't have answers....since I have been waiting for calls they promised to get back to me.now where do I go?

Retail value is retail value and my car had no scratch before that accident. All the agents that assisted me when I went to their offices nolonger answer my calls nor even respond to my emails.
