budget insurance and the unauthorized panel beater

Budget insurance has been giving me the run around for almost a year now , 11 months ago my brand new car was in an accident and they said the damage wasn’t that bad and they would fix it what they did say was they would be taking it to a panel beater that is not authorized by the company that made my car , now after speaking to someone from the car company they tell me the warrantee on my vehicle will no longer apply due to the fact that they don’t have that panel beater on their authorized panel beaters list . So now after 11 months I am still waiting for a car but now I am waiting for a car that no longer a has warrantee and budget insurance is doing nothing about it . I now don’t believe that repairs were actually worth 172k I think the repairs were going to cost more with a legit panel beater and they decided to take it to the cheaper option just so they didn’t have to write off the car . I think its time to report them to the FSB .
