Budget Insurance and Netstar debiting money without consent

Neither Budget nor Netstar can provide me with a copy of voice records that i was entering a separate deal with Netstar by agreeing to a deal with budget insurance for a vehicle cover, now i am paying for a tracking device i dont even need and i have been told i am stuck with this for 36 months since its a contract.
