Budget insurance and Nesta

good day hello Peter I have a problem with Budget insurance I took a business insurance cover for uber so they ask me do u have a track I said yes which company I said car track and they said they said they want it so problem along the way they said they want to put Nesta on my business insurance and I don't have to worry about payment it's included on the parked which was fine with me,den I ask them what if I can cancel the police if I'm no longer working so I cancel the insurance so now they said I'm owing Nesta please help me with that
