Budget insurance and Mr Jiaan Royeppen

I had just signed up with Budget insurance. The customer service was good. Later that same day, I called to cancel the policy I had just activated. I spoke to Mr Jiaan Royeppen. He was great to talk to, very friendly and considerate. He asked questions, but was not pushy or unfriendly about me cancelling with budget. I want to thank him and their team for their warm and friendly service.
